Ethipioa wins this most of the time. And they would win it next year. Management in Ethiopia is very effective. On the other hand, corruption is very, very minimal. You're caught and that's the end for you.

Ethiopia has no colonial criminals oops, masters to fall back on, and Ghana has it. Ethiopia has no foreign religion with white men and angels of good omen as whites , but the have their own image of God and angels as Black as it was from the beginning of time until it was fraudulently changed by Constantine at the council of Nacia in 350 AD. Ethiopia and the Eastern block told them to take their white criminal images and walked off from the council. Ethiopia has men of conviction and Ghana has doubters as men.
Fast forward, and Ghana would bath in this fraud of white god and would leave everything that man could do thru the brain the almighty gave us to use in the hands of this white deity.
Ethiopia has her own language and writing and use it to teach and made all good efforts to also learn english. Ghanaians can not even write and speak English that well (LOOK AT OUR MPs) and could not even speak any local language very well.
Ethiopia is building the biggest dam for hydro electricity -5000 MW with their own money raised by the ppl, when the white man refused to fund it because they envied the electricity would open up the economy and allow them to prove to the world they truly have BRAIN than the white man. Ghana on the other hand, talk about being power hub but can NOT provide affordable electricity for her ppl.

When Ethiopia was approached by IMF to sell their Airline business when they're on their worst performance in the 1980s the Ethiopians told them to go burn the the sea and fuck themselves, but when the same scenario hit Ghana and the IMF showed up with their tricks, Ghana could not sense the trick masters tricks and he offer everything on a scale of dongomi including the BLACK SATAR LINE for sale.
Today, Ethiopia, a land-locked nation has a shipping line with a port investment in Djibouti on the coast of the red sea.

I honestly don't know how they were adjudged the best but I've flown the airline on occasions. ...It's no where near South African airlines. I can't confidently say it is even better than kenya airlines.
