One word describes Rawlings - "IMPULSIVE". What is it that makes this think he has to impose his will on Ghanaians. Apart from mouthing off about having to come back, he has not justified why Hilla Limann was overthrown. He set Ghana back. His attitude to Atta mills is no different from his opinion of Hilla Limann's government. Rawlings is not a respecter of humility nor is he a respecter of law. He always criticises Atta Mills but I don't recall him criticising JDM in the same way and we know which of the two is corrupt.
