But be as it may, these students were captured standing in the queue for several days and could still not register. The EC having acknowledged that some students could not register is a statement of fact.

As a student in any institution of learning except you are from that locality does not really reflect your qualification to register in that electoral district where your place of learning is situated. Students in institutions are just temporal residents of that electoral locality because most student are temporal migrants who have their permanent homes outside their schools or colleges. Secondly there is provision for all to go to their permanent residence district electoral offices to register during their vacations which is appropriate to do. Even this registration conducted is really not suitable for students during on going academic processes. During the vacations now student who are now back to their permanent homes can register at their district offices, which is more convenient and apropriete. Lets use this example, l am from Elibo schooling at IPS Accra. IPS Accra is just my temporal college of residence. My full allegiance is owed to my permanent place of residence Elibo for which my vote will be meaningful, to vote for the local MP of Elibo. Voting in IPS electoral area might be meaningless because l am not permanently resident in that college area but just a student cohabitating in this IPS electoral area. Its rather appropriate l go to my local area Elibo to register and cast my vote in November. So my dear students I don't understand any of your actions to sue the EC to be right, keeping in mind that your institution of learning is just a temporal residence no matter how many years you stay in that institutions. So your court action is wrongly taught off.
