    Supreme Court has lost its relevance in Ghanaian justice system. How can they interpret the law when same b.l.o.o.d.y court could not have the balls to interpret over voting.

    This issue of ADVICE and RECOMMENDATION has already been decided by the Supreme Court in the Abu Ramadan and the EC'S case. ADVICE & RECOMMENDATIONS are not MANDATORY! The receiver is not bound to follow them.
