Mr mayor, cities that sprawl with a plan will die out through over crowding and ineffective mobility after growth begins. If tamale is to grow and continue to grow then it depends on more than market potential within today's context.

You must plant for the future and place the infrastructure for business mobility in place. Land should be demarcated for future Roads, police stations, health posts, schools, commercial zones and planned communities zones through sale of lands and other social amenities that cities have. Growth is much more than enabling markets growth through stability and financial security.

Stupid comparison. How on earth can u compare Tamale to Kumasi. .when there are always chieftain disputes leading to fighting and killing, violence in Tamale..Dagbon..crisis...u need peace to develop.
