You probably heard that it's a rain bearing cloud so you are also trying to show off. Please do respect yourself and respect people for the work they do.

I guess you need to be educated as well. Do u know the time the warning was issued? I doubt that you know it. The meteorological Agency works 24/7. The warning was issued around 3:30 am and was expected between 6 am and 9 am ...

have u bothered to learn the types of forecast? We have short range, medium range, long range etc, so do you see that is still a forecast? besides are you aware of the international regulations governing their work? .........ignorance kills indeed.
