Is Tekper patriotic at all? Indeed, we have vagabonds in power. Mahama and the NDC are ready to sell Ghana to foreigners for their own gain. UBA was born out of patriotism. UBA used to be a British owned bank but the Federal Government of Nigeria nationalised it to become a fully owned bank of Nigeria because of patriotism. Tekper should have also been driven by patriotism to hand this juicy investment to Ghana Government owned banks, especially, when the motive is to invest in a Ghana Government treasury bills. In legal form, UBA is registered in Ghana but the substance of the Matter is that any profit made will be repatriated to Nigeria with lightening speed and Ghana will be back to square one notwithstanding the inflationary and exchange rate implications that will follow suit.
May God help mother Ghana.

why not deport the GITMO duo and the illegal Arabs first? They can be of more threat to Ghana.

I just saw the picture of the chief of Klikor in volta region with Nana Addo. Oh No! It was like a father talkin to his son. Nana is so short he doesn't look like a presidential material.

The Refugee Board must not rush to send these folks back into danger, assuming they were telling the truth.
It could well have been that some unscrupulous 'Contractor' took their monies with the promise of taking them to the USA, as some of them claimed, and simply dumped them in Ghana.
Even so, the People can formally seek asylum by applying to the Government. And it is the responsibility of the Refugee Board and the Immigration Service to jointly investigate the circumstances that brought the Refugees here, and whether some really deserve a shelter from Wars back home.
It would be immoral and against International Refugee Laws to simply ship the folks across the border without the due process.
Long Live Ghana!!!

But as for Congo people, I don't know what is wrong with them. They live in abundance but allow outsiders to take everything and leave them divided and fighting.
May be they can learn from us and we also, not to fight after November.
