    Workers going on strike does not serve a useful purpose but the government must do its part and not make promises that it cannot implement.

    According to the Minister For employment and labour relation,Haruna Iddrisu,the government is still negotiating with the various associations and very soon their grievances would be addressed.

    Government will always be surprised at the other party's strike action but never at their own inaction. It takes two to tango. Government's inaction towards employees will always = strike action

    Why the discrimation in Judicial Service; Judges are well paid with mounth-watering end of srevice benefits, yet the other staff's salary is nothing to write home about. Is Judicial Service one institution or otherwise.

    As a driver in the judicial service my (24)months salary is (1)month salary to my boss,my take home is (380,00)gh/cedis for the month and he is taking (8,380,00)gh/cedis
