from my checks of the nigerian, british, russian, u s, gernan "parliaments" one would observed that they have installed immovable or fixed wooden chairs or bench type seats in their chambers and these covered with leather to create needed comfort.
these fixed wooden chairs are durable and so lasts longer than the movable swivel types...because the more u move an item the higher the likely hood of it breaking down...i just cant get what at all is wrong with us as Ghanian .a nation which claims is independent yet needed a large chunk of its development budget to be funded by donor support, has high unemployment rate yet its parliamentarians would rather choose to be sooo recklless not to encourage its govt to create jobs for its teeming unemployed youths but be soo silly to be wasting the scarce tax payers money creating jobs for outsiders...thats nkrumah's ghana for u,- the "blackman is capable of managing its own affairs people"...dishonorable men n women and their useless leadership...
