  Please using words like it will be difficult we need to start and work towards growth,going to the moon was hard but they start something.In Africa and Ghana because we wash our stomach before our head we complain too much.

  In Africa and mostly Ghana we cannot start anything and implement the followup because our mind set tells us it difficult.We have scanners around again we need to put this papers in proper order ,it can be done starting today ...

  In Africa and mostly Ghana we cannot start anything and implement the followup because our mind set tells us it difficult.We have scanners around again we need to put this papers in proper order ,it can be done starting today.Ghana moving from left to right on driving allot was said but was done.Stop and start giving what you have if it was stealing its easy why.

  It is not every information generated by Gov't agencies that should be put out in the public domain.
  There should be a law as to who gets access to what information.

  It is not every information generated by Gov't agencies that should be put out in the public domain.
  There should be a law as to who gets access to what information.
  Or there should be a procedure for applicant, who want access to certain information to follow.
  Though the public may have right to the information, access to those information should be strongly regulated.
  Otherwise one morning, you could see long queues at a government departments made up of people who want some information by the agency. This is surely going to interfere with the normal daily business of the government agency or department.
  The clamour for undue request for information by any citizenry can be mitigated by who gets access to what information. Putting information meant for the general public on an Internet portal. And a law to create a procedure that an applicant must follow in a form of getting endorsement by or by being authenticated by a Senior Government Official before that information will be released.
