Japan is technologically advanced and our partnership with them has a far reaching returns.
You alluded to Cote D'Ivoire's partnership with South korea, and am surprised you can not see the same thing at play here.

On the contrary you are making a flawed argument. There have been several partnerships and they have actually yielded good dividends in this regard.
Take for instance, the country's partnership with the Brazilian government, the end result is the Circle fly over the promises to ease traffic in most part of the city.
Also, consider the country's partnership with China, the end result is the Cape coast stadium. There so many of these benefits. Which definitely are as a results of various partnership agreements the country has gone into in the past few years.

In the case where a nation fails to properly wean itself off of a need to depend upon heathen nations with a history of wickedness, the time comes when that nation must FAIL.
Ghana is a failed state because much of what the nation actually does politically, economically and judicially, revolves around colonial ties to a wicked "ancestor". In this case, Ghana is enduring a generational stupidity where it cannot even build its OWN roads without foreign assistance. That has nothing to do with being an ISLAND. That is simply a situation where Ghana is feeble, unprincipled and without real wisdom to govern itself.
It's called stupidity or better yet, the refusal to LOVE truth. What happened to Ghana's civil engineers, planners and etceteras? They are either NOT competent or the nation has no vision for its economy.
Sincerely,
Mawuetornam Dugbazah
In the future, try something better than the "no man is an island" axiom. It's outdated!
