  I find the report nonsense because if industrialize countries like Spain,Italy,Greece and Portugal whose tax system are effective and transparency could not meet IMF target and Ghana which barely manufactured nothing and it agricultural economy base is at decline and oil and gold are not doing well on international market and borrowing,buying bonds and corruption is order of the day in Ghana and is able to meet IMF propose target is a both magic and mystery and this is beyond consciousness.It is fools who will believe this nonsense because IMF is endorsing NDC corruption perpetuating against Ghana.Is IMF and NDC in partnership of create,loot and share? Or it is the reason why NDC score high marks meeting target with dumsor and companies moving to neighbouring countries?
