In this country politicians hide under the cover of one being iether NPP or NDC to evade issues. The point made by the lecturer is clear but our reaction to such bold suggestions is the reason why we are where we are now.

When Obama was campaigning as an incumbent, he used Airforce 1, and all the national apparatus that comes with the office. When Kufour and the NPP were in power, they benefited from incumbency. Same happened under Rawlings.
It is what it is and I know it is even worse in our kind of democracies.
