  This makes no sense. The EC targeted a particular number so they have achieved what? This is absolute nonsense. The question is were qualified eligible Ghanaians the ones mostly registered or minors and impostots from other countries? Why cant the EC that is expected to cover a counttry's election find it difficult to organise registration in a university campus? These gross toutly incompetence that is the norm of NDC and Che-Harlot Osei's EC must come to an end. I fear it has to be violent. God help Ghana

  All students of various tertiary institutions who were prevented from registering during the recent limited registration exercise should be allowed to do so. Ghanaian students all over the country are writing their final exams. Therefore, it was wrong for the EC to conduct such an exercise during exams. It's clear that the gov't doesn't care about the nation's future leaders. It's unacceptable to attempt to disenfranchise the youth in such an exercise. And interestingly, some NDC apparatchiks like Kofi Adams would go on the airwaves trying to justify the exclusion of the youth, who are mostly students from the registration exercise. I wonder why the EC disenfranchising students, mainly at various Universities and Colleges in Ghana; what are they afraid of?
  
  The EC must listen to the demands of Ghana's future leaders and re-open the register for the future leaders to enroll. The EC and gov't cannot deny people their rights; it's criminal to prevent eligible Ghanaians esp. the youth to register, while the NDC imports foreigners into the country to come and register. It's insane!

  Targets are only estimates. In issues of voting, each and everyone must be allowed to exercise their franchise. So what if you exceed your target but there are more who are left unregistered? Will that be an achievement?

Why fix a date when the young adults are writing exams?. What kind of nonsense is that. DID THE EC SOUGHT PERMISSION OF THE POLITICAL PARTIES BEFORE THEY CHANGE THEIR LOGO?. IT'S BECOMING VERY CLEAR THAT THE EC IS WORKING FOR THE RULING PARTY AND THAT IS VERY DANGEROUS . The EC should as a matter of urgency fix a date and register all our young adults who are willing to register and vote . The EC DOESN'T NEED ANYBODY'S PERMISSION TO DO THAT. ALL EYES ARE WATCHING. GHANAIANS WILL ONLY ACCEPT FREE AND FAIR ELECTIONS. NO MORE ERROR PRESIDENT. SHINE YOUR EYES GHANAIANS.

  To talk of estimated is a big fallacy every democrat must resist. The constitution says every Ghanaian above 18 and sane. It didn't give any target. This unconstitutional posture of EC must stop.

  Those who registered on time are the good future leaders. One can easily make a distinction straight away.

  Loretta why this situation.Mahama why this situation.What will be your gains.National identification cards should have been our source of voting.You don't need to spend time and money removing names.This was muted by Npp Mills/Mahama killed the idea just to be able to use foreigners into a voter register.When Lorita was told to generate a clean register she refuse.Complicating issues and making things hard for her self.

  The WHOLE Objective of the E.C's Registration Mechanism - Registration centers, Proof of ELIGIBILITY, etc. is to ENFRANCHISE ELIGIBLE (Ghanaians over 18yrs old, of sound mind, and regularly reside in their respective poling/registration centers) to vote in elections if they wish.
  It is ACKNOWLEDGED BY ALL THAT SOME TERTIARY STUDENTS WERE DISENFRANCHISED DUE TO BAD TIMING (Exams week), SHEER NO. OF POSSIBLE CANDIDATES, INADEQUATE NO. OF CENTERS (Only 1 center per Campus), ETC.
  This disenfranchisement can be remedied as follows: (1)ALL Tertiary students have their PARTICULARS OF (a)NATIONALITY, (b)AGE, AND (c)CAMPUS ON-LINE. These DATA are accessible to ONLY the STUDENT and the University.
  (2) Each student can answer 2 simple questions on their On-Line profile : (a) "Have you already registered to vote, or are you in the existing voters' register?"
  (b) "IF NOT, DO YOU WANT TO BE REGISTERED FOR ELECTIONS?"
  (c) If this Campus will not be your poling center, indicate your preferred poling center."
  (3)The Universities can then send the names of those students that answer yes in (b) with (c) to the EC.

What a world we live in Now you know why Mahama has taken to his heels to go to that corruption symposium in London. He has given Charlotte Osei the command to not do or else, she will get no more atopan from him.
