    Really! Is he a PHD Holder? Then he has been eating Banku with his PHD. PHD = PULL HIM DOWN.

    He is a PHD holder but not in solar energy. I understand he did a a paper on solar in his thesis. That does not make him an expert

    Does Ghana need United Nations to tell us about Solar Energy?

    That's my point Richard. Ghana has more sunshine that is going waist because politicians don't have any interest for our beloved Ghana. Just do it.

    Our unis should be researching and developing solar energy solutions locally to help cut down the cost of solar energy. Government should be providing grants for research

    Our problem is that we just DON'T have the money for the NECESSARY RESEARCH !!
    We cannot pay our nurses and other public servants , WHO HAVE WORKED ON TIME......research needs sometines long to SHOW RESULTS... and this is wh ...
