After visiting the staff profile of B Poly, I saw only 2 PhD holders (i.e., the Rector and his Vice). You can't have a university with only 2 PhDs. That is incredible! Dr. Mba and the council must launch a recruitment drive o ... read full comment
After visiting the staff profile of B Poly, I saw only 2 PhD holders (i.e., the Rector and his Vice). You can't have a university with only 2 PhDs. That is incredible! Dr. Mba and the council must launch a recruitment drive of PhDs if they truly want to qualify for conversion. As a son of the region who has just finished my PhD in Agronomy at the KNUST and would graduate in July 2016, I have applied to lecture there but for the past two months I have not even received any acknowledgement. I am looking forward to hearing from them.
