    Stop pointing fingers and blame your dirty selves for the drains chocked in your neibourghood.
    It is your responsibility to learn to handle your trash well. Not the Government. The Government can do little even with Bush.

    Why can't we Ghanaians be our own keeper? We choked our own gutters and expect our mayor to clean it up. Let's start cleaning our surroundings now and stop causing financial lost to the state.
