It is unfortunate John Dramani Mahama is not concentrating on the serious task of finishing his handing over notes but has decided to embark on a so-called accounting to the people tour.
This is a gov't that is touting it has created jobs in this country but for the first time in the history of Ghana, we have a very long list of unemployed associations of different skill-sets of teeming mass of Ghana's youth.
And not only that, for a gov't that says it has created jobs, they don't seem to have any idea of the number of jobs created, not an iota.
Today you will hear Ablakwa Okudzeto all over the map quoting all sorts of figures. The next day you will hear the Majority Chief Whip and a one time Min. of Youth and Sports who was embroiled in a kyinkyinga-gate scandal, where tons upon tons of kyinkyinga was ostensibly chewed in this country in accounting for the whereabouts of some funds earmarked for a tournament involving the national team, which was looted, also all over the place, engaging in an incoherent babble of jobs created.
The next moment you will hear the Min. of Communication and an avowed and unrepentant propagandist of the worst kind, spewing all sorts of imagery of jobs they have created, with a Dep who does not understand what his substantive Min is even going on and on about.
And then you will have the toddler Ofosu Kwakye who just has to say something just for the fun of it also conjuring all sorts of jobs and figures. And to crown it all, their propagandist in Chief and the leader of the pack John Mahama will also come and release his figures in an incoherent and disturbing cacophony of disjointedness to be described a deeply disturbing.
And the interesting aspect of this annoyance is, the figures from all these people are all over the place exposing a fundamental lack of appreciation of the dire unemployment situation in the country and a very dangerous embrace of propaganda and deceit, at a time the evidence of lack of jobs, on account of a contracting economy leaves a trail all the way Accra to Paga and anywhere in between.
How can such a group of people lead this country? Meanwhile the Labour and Employment Min, who uses YEA once known as GYEEDA, as his personal account, and as GYEEDA, was employed for the single largest loot of taxpayer funds using the prospect of youth employment as proxy, is nowhere to be found because there is no sound and realistic record of any jobs that have been created under this John Mahama NDC gov't.
So the question remains, what paaaaa is John Dramani Mahama accounting to the people for? Ghanaians maintain and insist he must concentrate on finishing his handing over notes because there is no way he can ever lead this country. He has failed, Ghana has collapsed and he will GO!!!.
