The community did the best thing by taking the baby away and handing it to Social Welfare Authorities.
The priority for the mother is to be given physical care in the short terms as she just delivered a baby and mental care for the longterm when she can receover and take care of the baby.
And for those sexually assaulting these vulnerable women, its time for an enforced DNA Registration of all men in the comunity where these crimes happen to send a message that if you abuse a vulnerable person you would be caught!

GHANAWEB REPORTERS, please be diligent in your reporting. Where was she during all the months of her pregnancy? Did the women's ministry know anything about her? I am not trying to blame anyone but there should have been some sort of intervention before this poor lady delivered her child. She & the little oneneeded medical attention during the 9 months ( at least from when her pregnancy became obvious). I pray that she is attended to from now on
