Mr. Baako, dont you think that the way ndc is defensing this logo, its part or central to their rigging of the elections? These thieves (including the EC) can decide to send voting material (like ballot papers, stamps, ballot boxes etc) with the old logo to some ignorant and unsuspecting rural folks, in order to annul their votes cast. Pls this is the time for the NPP and the opposition parties as well as journalists like yourself to think through the possible ways that the ndc and the EC can leverage this new logo to rig this elections. Criminals do crazy things and they defend it strongly. And this new logo is a crazy decision. But we must be suspicious with the way the ndc is defending it as well as Ataa Ayi mahama

SOME SAID THE LOGO IS OCULTIC CAN THAT BE TRUE. IT IS DIFFICULT TO GET SCIENTIFIC REASONS FOR THE CHANGE OF THE LOGO PARTICULARLY AT THIS TIME WHEN THE POLITICAL TEMPERATURE IS RISING.

In actual fact the defence shouldn't be leveled by the president or it amounts to politicization of the logo issue. Presido, this is wrong on your part according to my view.

It is not true that JDM defended the new EC logo. What the president did was to express surprise at how some persons appeared to be considering the new logo as crucial to their fortunes in the 2016 election. The president believes that, the EC being an independent body, should be left free to carry out their internal affairs. The president therefore rightly believes that the EC has the competence to change their logo without recourse to anybody.if they deem it necessary.
It seems the election fever is making the opposition paranoic such that they suspect anything and everything the EC or the government does whether real or imaginary.
