    The prez controls the majority MPs in parliament and makes sure they always approve his policies. The minority can shout all to no avail.

    Anita, Parliament can check the Prez, if both majority n minority MPs consider the welfare of those who elected them first; be4 giving approval to policy bills n agreements.
