BNI should not be above the law. How they subverted a judge's order of bail for the 3 South Africans and got away with it leaves much to be desired. They clearly have shown gross disrespect for the rule of law.

in fact i don't even understand why BNI as an investigation body have now turn into police or solders and arresting people.I think the credibility of our constitution is been turn down.However,how can BNI arrest someone because they refused to sign witness document for items, and why do they released the item to them since they knew that there is a document to be signed.I think BNI are showing off too much in the country and they need to be brought to book.in role of law this is unfair and abusive conduct.Ghanaian's must wake up and protect their citizenship we should sell our citizenship to foreigners. Government has to look into this issues.

A crowd quickly gathered around Akufo-Addo and Akomea. Bawumia showed up about a minute later. Akufo-Addo told the crowd of supporters that he had prevailed in forcing the Ghana government to release his two NPP men. As he spoke, the crowd could be heard shouting, with red cloths flying in the air, 'ALL-DIE-BE-DIE', over and over again.
