I have been in court over a simple matter and it's taken 5 years. My friend who finished his land litigation took 5. My other Jamaican friend's took 3 years. I guess Ghanaians have nothing else to do but go to court for protracted periods of time over nonsensical matters or rather because the judicial system is not only corrupt but senseless as well. I have taken the sensible man's way out. I will never go to court again. I will simply take matters into my own trusted hands.

I am sure the spokesperson got it missed up.
It is up to the police to investigate and send the case to court. Once the police has not done that there is nothing the judiciary can do.

Ghana is decending gradually to becoming murderers and non believers in God.It is unprecidented painful for any one to lose his or her loved one through a careless gun or assassination nevertheless,he or she has no alternative than to leave the matter in the hands of the judiciary and wait for what God can do.In Latin expression,vox populi vox Dei,meaning,voice of people is the voice of God,by that,I mean everyone saw how the murder of JB Danquah Adu was condemned by both young and old and waded accross the political devide of this Nation,but inspite of all these,the family of JB Danquah have resulted to curcing the preditors through the local deities forgetting that,there is an Ominipotent, Ominipresent and Ominiscient God who sees beyound the grave to uncover the truth to bring perpetrators to book.Have they forgotten the old murder case of Akyia Mensah one of the subjects of Akyem Abuakwa stool who was brutally murdered in cold blood and burried under River Densu but by the power of God, Police from Scottlandyard in far away England came to the then Gold Coast,now Ghana to mount investigations and discoverered the perpetrators of this hedious killing of Nana Akyia Mensah,a hansome man who deserved to be the chief but because of chieftancy politics he was brutally killed to the disbelief of all Gold Coasters, but thanks to God and efficient work by the Scottlandyard police, everything came out and justice served.It is therefore my candid opinion to the bereaved family and all concernd to exercice a litle patience and believe in God,and in a twinkle of an eye,the whole truth,nothing but the truth shall come out and justice would be served accordingly.

Very sad to say the least. Never in the history of this country have we witnessed mass corruption in the judiciary. The problems should be laid at the doorstep of Kufour. Yes, Output the third. We can not forget how he manipulated the court to jail TsatsI, even at the time every lay man knows Tsatsu was not guilty based on the evidence. Since then, the judiciary has never been the same till date. To add insults to injury, judges were? and still taking goats and yam to give wrong judgments. What do we expect from JB's family? Kufour and a few judges in this country have destroyed law and order. Time will tell

Mr. Amoah is not being sincere with himself, for he thinks the Police should come out and tie the killer to parties that Mr. Amoah and other NPP honchos suspect as being conspirators. That's very unfortunate. It's nothing but a misuse of the unfortunate demise of the MP for some selfish and misguided agenda. Mr. Amoah should be reminded that a loudmouth Bishop recently threatened to reveal the names of those responsible for the killing of JB Danquah Adu. Mr. Amoah needs to run to that Bishop and ask him to reveal the names of the persons that he knows to be conspirators in the killing instead of attacking the judiciary and the Police.

Their goal to use the deceptive democracy to pursue a permanent communist agenda called the New World Order of pyramid rule by wealth and power.

This is why I have my own laws called "Trust Agreement" funded by my estate and trust called "House of David Estate & trust" with assets worth over $18 Billion as intellectual property of computer programs and concepts. Some criminals rule the world and that is why the world is full of filth, heinous crimes ad disrespect to God. If the ILLUMINATI killed JFK and used someone else to hide it then they can kill easily kill JB Danquah and anyone to use a ignorant young person with no job to cover up and threaten police to manipulate because the police fear for their job.
