There is no evidence anywhere or any news item that shows that government gave out kick back contracts. More so when the contractors work they are paid. This issue of not getting paid is not under Mahama.

Why not allow the Procurement law to work rather than sharing contrcts to party foot solders

What's happened to the offending contractors? Hope they didn't get paid.

The NDC government never gave a contract to Alfred Woyome. He is not on the list of contractors the government works with. The people who gave contract to Woyome was NPP. Infact under them, Woyome enjoyed a lot of contract. They later canceled his contract with resulted in the judgment debt we had to paid.
Using the Woyome case as an example we see how NPP cost the state to lose a lot in how they dealt with contractors. The approach under Mahama is very different. Using the sole sourcing procedure contractors get jobs to work on.

The President is delivering his mandate of ensuring that Ghana is made better. In the process of doing so a lot of sacrifices has to be made. Under Mahama we have seen the construction of community day schools, expansion of roads, construction of CHIPS Compound.
In all these constructions 99% are local contractors. The first government to have achieved this record. If in the process government fails that non-performing constructors must be blacklist then that is the way to go.

Our government knows how to talk but don't know how to work. I'm from kumbungu via Tamale in the northern region. Our road has been awarded to contract before 2012 elections but the contractor started and abandoned the work. As I'm saying now "no work is going on the road again and nothing happened to the contractor. Because of that during the kumbungu by-election, we voted for THE CPP candidate. We are now going to vote massively for NPP presidential candidate because NDC failed us greatly unless our grievances are addressed very well.
