These so-called Terrorists see America as their ultimate enemy. They see friends of America as targets because it is very difficult to penetrate the US Security System. So therefore, when Ghana engages in Collaborations like this and broadcasts it to the whole world, it smacks of a challenge to these terrorists.

We all know Ghana is a SOFT TARGET and if the Americans are in Ghana to help with plans to thwart the efforts of the Terrorists, then, of course, the terrorists identify Ghana with the enemy and can, regrettably, make Ghana a target, something difficult to do with the US.

These collaborations are important. But their publication does NOT deter.
It only emboldens.

A test to determine what to publish is whether the PROBATIVE VALUE of that which is to be published outweighs its PREJUDICIAL EFFECT.

I doubt if that is the case here.
