If I am staying in Europe or America today and have registered in 2012 as an eligible voter I might not be able to come home in April or May to verify if my name is still in the voters' register. It doesn't make any economic sense for Ghanaians abroad to come home today go back and come again in November to vote. Then again, one would like to know if this validation has a legal backing from the Constitution.I am very sure that if this validation has no legal backing then somebody may sue the EC in court very soon.Thank you.
