Wishing Afari Gyan is like wishing all Ghanaians dead as well. Afari Gyan did not serve himself, but served Ghanaians.

Lets not forget that, it is this same Afari Gyan who supervised two successive victories of Former President Kufour. Did Obiri Boahen wished him dead then. This attitude of ours must not be encouraged on any given day.

Obiri Boahen must apologise to the entire nation of this level of Childishness.

Would we have described as such given that we won the elections? Obviously no...and this is how selfish the human character is.

It is very unfortunate that, He ( Obiri Boahen) would use Christianity a cloak to perpetuate the level of wickedness. Christianity does not teach us this.

Instead we are thought to love.

If Obiri Boahen cannot love Afari Gyan for whoever he thinks him to be, then he (Obiri)is not fit to be associated with Christianity.

I am kind of shocked he has the guts to even stand on any platform to ask for the Ghana's support to become a national leader any day.

Bad examples like him must not be tolerated on any given day.

This ungodly statement by Obiri Boahen summarises the misguided psyche of the NPP. The only thing that matters to them is winning an election. Even the fear of God or respect for their faith does not matter to them if they would not be declared winners of an election.
As a result of NPP's paranoia about their electoral strengths, they don't see the reason why the EC would not declare them winners whether the voters voted for them or not. Even now, they still believe they won the 2012 election inspite of the EC's declaration and its confirmation at the SC. To them, the EC and later the Supreme Court failed to declare them the winners. They are therefore bitter about evrybody who played some part in the election 2012 and their useless petition to the Supreme Court.
Every right thinking adult who failed to achieve something would do an introspection and find out where and why he fared poorly in the election in order to chart a strategy for doing better in the future.
Funningly, NPP did not believe they lost election 2012 so they have no introspection to do. They do not believe they did anything wrongly. Instead, they believe that, it was the EC that erred so their strategy for winning the 2016 election is to pressurize and demonize the EC to pump sense into them. In this direction, they want the EC to remove the names of all dead people, aliens, minors and double registrations from the voters register - in fact, they want a new voters register. Meanwhile, inside their party, they are suspending their own members as well as the media who don't sing the praises of their demi-god, Akufo Addo. It looks like Obiri Boahen and his NPP will be making more death wishes to the EC in 2016 as they did in 2012.
An advice for Obiri Boahen and all like-minded persons is that, there are some people if you curse them, you yourself are cursed. Since you cannot know who is who, it is wise to be hesitant in cursing others because, you might end up cursing yourself.
