It was crass stupidity for Ghana Telecom to have started the so-called training school or University, in the first place. If there was a demand, the best they should have done was to convince UST to expand its Engineering Department to take care of the telecommunication needs. Investing without commonsense.

Probably the Ghana Telecom University has become a drain on Vodafone's profits so they gladly want to give it back. What are the details of the other 17 assets that were given back so we can analyze properly?

Vodafone should give us a break. Do they think Ghana's telecom infrastructure was worth that meagre amount of 976 million dollars Vodafone paid to the Ghana government? Nonsense. How much has Vodafone reaped through their neo colonialism tactics. We know from PC Appiah Ofori that Parliamentarians were bribed $5000 dollars each to approve that obnoxious contract sale. I don't blame Vodafone but the greedy unpatriotic former President Kufuor who sold Ghana's legacy. Time will tell.

Only 8 yrs in office and NPP under Kuffour almost ran Ghana's economic ship ashore via looting of national assets. Including the former international students Hostel land which they shared among themeselves but for the timely change of government, they would have even sold the sea. NPP is rightfullly placed as the party in opposition. they will be there forever.
Thank God future generations will judge for themselves.

After bribing Kuffour to buy Ghana Teleocom, you are handing over the crumbs back. Everybody know that government is set to mismanage whatever comes back
