There's no transportation and roads to bring the harvest from the farms to the cities to sell. You provide free fertilizer to grow the cassava. You provide free cutlass to weed the farm, government gives us free Wellington booths to wear but when the harvest is ready there is no roads to bring the harvest to town. Hummm this equation is upside down I think.
