  I sure one of the judges has informed the person to withdraw else it was going to be disaster for NPP. Just think of the probable rulings and you will be sorry for the NPP.

  Her Lordship advising an applicant/petitioner to withdraw application for an injunction, even on a week day of business when she could boldly order sittings on week ends against the EC/ NDC? I sensed more fire in the oven.

You see, a court case may never yield the anticipated results even if it is ruled in your favour. The fall out could lead to undesirable consequences than the initial situation. For instance, this court case could result in extending the stay of President of President Mahama beyond Nov 7 until the case is disposed of. secondly what would happen to the election of the NPP MP in Abuakwa North based on this so called flawed register? It is better to think through a case before rushing to court. Bitterness and anguish might become your lot at the end.
