  You could say that of the Ghana customs at the Ta Harbour . Just go there and see customs officers at post but spend most of their time talking personal business on their cell phones when poor citizens sit there and wait for hours.This country has fallen and will continue to warble to no where.When can the country wake up to the system and bring about change for better.NDC or NPP no sense of direction. All is about putting people with advance degrees in office
  and no better policy insight. I feel sorry for mother Ghana
