  The govt is building schools, railways, roads, and hospitals and markets. They are existing outside the capital so the so called business mogul Connor them. The categorical statement that Ghana is spending more than is actually raising and that he drives around he cannot see bridges therefore Ghana is not investing critical areas is a complete exposé of the ignorance of the business mogul.
