The biggest problem facing Ghana today is lack of sincerity. Do you honestly believe the NPP is forming an army? If that is true, then our president and his govt is acting irresponsible because why should they waste their time and resources on the South Africans instead of those Ghanaians who invited or imported them? You see, some of you are too blinded by partisanship that you tell your own lies and believe in them if that would enhance the chances of your party. It does not matter if Ghana would suffer.

What Dr Nduom sought to say was that we should stop creating panic in the minds of people in our quest to win power and that is exactly what the NDC is currently doing, that is, using the BNI as a tool to pursue a diabolical agenda. If anybody broke the law, let the laws deal with them. Arrest the NPP leaders instead of the South Africans because these foreigners cannot come and perpetrate violence on their own. Sidestepping the local politicians and arresting the SA nationals is tantamount to crude political mischief.

Finally, we should all remember that power is transient. Today the NDC holds every power in Ghana but the situation may change dramatically tomorrow so we should always try as much to set the right precedence so that others will not have the grounds to justify wrongdoing in future.

The NDC will lose this election. If anyone has broken the law, deal with them and spare us this mischief. It is because they know their days in power are over this year. It's just a diversionary tactics of the failing Mahama administration. Trust me, this issue will die in no time because there's no ill intent. Nobody is interested in unleashing violence in Ghana. We've gone past the days of military dictatorship and the use of macho men to brutalize people in the name of politics so all this propaganda will not succeed in taking our minds away from the bread and butter issues.

Did I hear somebody talk about the courts and the rule of law? If your govt cared about the rule of law, they would have respected the decision of the Court and not whisk the South Africans away like cowards.

Secondly, I find it quite distasteful for some persons to label others falsely without tangible reasons. When you're in govt, try to follow your accusations with actions. Drug business is a serious crime so if you think somebody, especially your political opponent is or has ever engaged in drugs business, you shouldn't be just satisfied trumpeting that accusation instead of arresting and prosecuting them. Governance is a serious business and we need men with spine and the energy to confront our challenges instead of having jokers in govt who will always want to reduce serious national issues to lies and propaganda. Just as you can point to cocaine scandals during the NPP regime, I can equally point to more in the NDC regime, both in the Mills and Mahama administrations so who are you deceiving?

Finally, I believe in self respect. I try to do so by being honest and sincere with myself and not sacrificing my intelligence for my preferred political party. I love myself too much to sacrifice my conscience on the altar of partisanship. Therefore, if I don't have full appreciation of any issue, I don't put my integrity on the line by commenting anyhow.For me, it's not wrong to love your party, even if your party is the worst, but it's an affront and betrayal of oneself to lie and deceive himself for his party. Perhaps you can equally do so by first putting yourself in the equation during political discussions. Reflect on how sound and credible your arguments are instead of doing propaganda for your preferred political party, because your true worth as a person is measured by your ability to apply your brain.

If they're mercenaries, then your govt is more incompetent than I thought because any sensible govt would not have gone after only the South Africans but also the Ghanaian politicians who invited them. Some people have decided never to raise the standard of their reasoning but truth will always stand.

This is the only election strategy of the NDC because they have no message, except to portray the NPP and Akufo-Addo as violent. But it won't wash because Ghanaians don't believe in that bullshit anymore. The NDC can't claim to be a peaceful party than the NPP because we know their history.

We really needed change at the time not because Kufuor failed but I felt it was dangerous for Ghana because the NPP had become too arrogant. Now I think we have reached a point where we have to ask ourselves if this is what we want for Ghana. The NDC has proven to be clueless when it comes to governance and even Mahama and his communicators are now playing a mellowed down tune. I also happen to think the worst government of the NPP will be far better than the NDC and that is why I am for change come November.

He is advising politicians to desist from creating fear and panic in the minds of the public as a way of discrediting one another in their quest to win the election. Do not falsely accuse others of trying to commit violence because it serves your political interest. If you are in govt and you sincerely believe there is an attempt by a citizen to destabilize the nation, what do you do? You don't resort to mischief but arrest the suspects and prosecute them because we are a nation of laws. If your sole aim of national security is to discredit your political opponents for power, then you are worth our vote.

Arresting 3 South African who came into the country legally, BNI disobeying a court of law in Ghana and falsely accusing the 3 South Africans as mercenaries who have enterred Ghana to train fighters is clearly an act to create artificial crisis in Ghana. WHAT IS WRONG WITH NPP TRAINING ITS SECURITY PERSONNEL?

Why is BNI now suddenly arguing the 3 South Africans under arrest because they lodged at an address different from Movenpick where they originally indicated they were going to lodge? Is that not an issue to be handle by Ghana Immigration and Customs?

The Vice President during a festival in Gonjaland said politicians(John Mahama)should stop threatening and intimidating his political opponents. Lee Ocran a former Ambassador to S.A and Min of Education in the Mills gov't, said there is no true leadership in the NDC party.
The Police just complained that unfounded and unsubstantiated terror alerts is creating needless panic amongst the citizenry.
Paa kwesi Nduom the leader of the PPP has added his voice in condemning the John Mahama NDC gov't's attempts at creating artificial security crises all of which shows a very, very desperate incumbent Presidential candidate who doesn't want to accept the fact that he has lost the elections.
Clearly John Mahama's propaganda has failed and he has ruled himself out of contention for the Presidential candidate on the ticket of their NDC party for this country.

That failed miserably, for the elections proceeded a scheduled, and the CPP won the elections, ushering in independence. Now the elephant-riders have watched helplessly as their clueless flagbearer's campaign sinks by the day, and all they can do is spew daily serial lies and fabrications about pending security crisis, all in a vain attempt to cause panic. That too will fail.
