    We refuse to pay Nigeria for their supplied gas to fuel our Thermal plants. Instead we borrow millions to rent a power barge from Turkey, and then realise that we don't have fuel for it. Therefore we go and borrow more money ...

    Ghana seems to be the only place where 'Authority' is abused with impunty.

    Millions of dollars are supposedly going to be borrowed to build coal plants to allegedly generate 350MW electrical energy. We don't have the coal ...

    The Chinese have vast reserves of coal. They need to export coal so that they can keep their coal industry going.
