These killers want to kill as many westerners as possible, irrespective of where the victims will be. That is why they will target hotels and beaches mostly used by westerners.

So logically, if a particular hotel/beach etc in Ghana is used mostly, we need to be alert because that place will be a probable target for terrorist attacks.
