All is not lost. The government has enough room to sack all those responsible for that mishap. Government should not be responsible for some officers' irresponsibility but the time for action is now.

Why this man accepted responsibility for what happened really makes no sense to me though it shows the extent of power the 'acting president', Stan Degbe has. Nothing really makes sense in ndc anyway.

IT HAS BECOME VERY NECESSARY FOR ME TO COMMENT ON THE ABOVE DICEY MATTER WHICH WITH MY OWN EXPERIENCE SHOWED THAT SOMETHING VERY SERIOUS IS HAPPENING IN GHANA ABOUT DISTORTIONS OF INFORMATION, INVINCIBLE FORCES CHANGING AND REMOVING LETTERS FROM SCRIPTS AND WRITINGS/WRITE-UPS AND THEREFORE CLEARLY CALLED FOR VERY CAREFUL SCRUTINY AND EVALUATIONS, THERETO.
THAT MYSTERIOUSLY WORKS THAT ARE VERY WELL DONE CAN EVEN LEAD TO SURPRISED THAT CERTAIN WORDS, LETTERS AND CHARACTERS WILL BE MISSING FROM THE WORK.
THAT I HAVE BEEN A VICTIM OF SUCH OCCURRENCES AND EVEN COURT PAPERS/DOCUMENTS ARE ALSO NOT SAFE FROM SUCH OCCURRENCES, THERETO.
THAT I RESPECTFULLY MADE A CASE TO THAT EFFECT WHEN I WAS MOVING THE "AMICUS-CURIAE REVIEW BRIEF" AT THE SUPREME COURT OF GHANA DURING THE 2012 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS PETITION ON MAY 28,2013 THAT DOCUMENT THAT I REQUESTED FOR PHOTO-COPY THAT THE ENTIRE DOCUMENTS SURPRISINGLY CHANGED.
THAT I CAN CONTINUE TO COUNTLESSLY COUNT SOME EMBARRASSING SITUATIONS EVEN THE E-MAILS THAT I DULY SAVED THAT THE TEXT COMPOSITION INCLUDING SPELLINGS AND GRAMMATICAL ERRORS COULD BE INTENTIONALLY CREATED BY THOSE "INVINCIBLE POWERS" THERETO.
THAT WITH MY OWN EXPERIENCE THAT I CANNOT EVEN MENTION HERE CLEARLY SHOWED THAT THOSE WHO PERPETRATED THOSE THINGS ENGAGED IN THEM TO "INTIMIDATE AND EMBARRASS PEOPLE".
THEREFORE, IT IS ALSO WORTHY TO NOTE AND TO RECALL OR REVISIT WHAT VICE CHAIRPERSON ANITA DESOSOO ONCE SAID ABOUT GHANA ECONOMIC AND FINANCIAL PROBLEMS AS CAUSES OF "WIZARDS, DWARFS, JUJU, MAGICAL POWERS" AND SHE WAS RATHER MOCKED.
HOWEVER, WITH THE TRENDS IT HAS TAKEN AND CONTINUED TAKING THERE IS THE NEED TO REVISIT AND TO RE-EVALUATE SUCH OCCURRENCES,THERETO.
IT IS THEREFORE, AT THESE RELATED BACKDROPS THAT I RESPECTFULLY LEND MY SUPPORT TO THE CALL BY "GII" TO NOT USE ISD BOSS AS A SCAPEGOAT BUT TO GET TO THE ENTIRE CAUSE(S) OF SUCH OCCURRENCES.
THIS IS BECAUSE AS A FORMER ASSISTANT DIRECTOR WHO WORKED AT THE THEN SEAT OF GOVERNMENT "OFFICE OF THE PNDC AND LATER OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT AT THE CASTLE-OSU IN 1989 THAT THE LINE OF HIERARCHY THAT THE DOCUMENT(S) WOULD PASS THROUGH FROM EITHER "BOTTOM TO THE TOP OR FROM THE TOP TO BOTTOM" FOR VETTING,EDITING AND APPROVAL BEFORE THE FINAL DOCUMENT(S) WOULD BE GIVEN APPROVAL CLEARLY CASTED SOME DOUBTS FOR THE OCCURRENCES OF SUCH BLUNDERS AND MISTAKES IF NOTHING HAPPENED.
IT IS THEREFORE ON THE ABOVE RELATED GROUNDS THAT THERE IS THE NEED TO EXERCISE SOME CAUTION AND TO THOROUGHLY INVESTIGATE THESE HAPPENINGS BE USING THE "WHIP" SINCE BY THE USE OF BOTH "THE CARROTS AND THE WHIP" HELPED IN MOTIVATION AND SANCTIONS AT THE SAME TIME.
THAT "THE CARROT APPROACH IS TO MOTIVATE HARD WORK AND QUALITY GOOD WORK" WHILE THE "WHIP" IS USED TO SANCTION "WRONG DOING".

Only politicians can be sacked without painstaking investigation. Those clamouring for people to be sacked are not serious thinkers. Have they appraised themselves of the workings of political saboteurs in the civil service?
