    Yes, Mahama treats GNPC as a slush fund that's why all the senior executives and all the Board members are NDC members - expertise in the energy/petroleum sector is not a criteria. Why are Ghanaians so apathetic?

    The GNPC is there to plug the financial hole of the state. What you have to ask is an account of how the money was spent instead of making useless claims of slush funds. Irresponsible opposition
