Anytime there is accident for speeding with the help of the police they quickly blame it on brakes to make their work easy and to get away with blame.

My exact thought before I read yours.
Every accident, BRAKE FAILURE.
Why ALWAYS blame the brakes when there could be overspeeding, drunkenness, bad surface, terrible curves, overloading, wrongly-timed overtaking, driver distraction, sleepiness, legal- and/or illegal-drug effects, un-roadworthy vehicles or even RACING (trying to out-speed each other)?
If it's too late for the driver to stop, that's not brake failure.
It might be just due to RECKLESSNESS.
These so-called journalists must let investigators do their job and tell us what the causes are.

Many of our drivers who take to the roads are terrible at driving. When the DVLA came up with the initiate to school these commercial drivers, you guys started screaming demanding that the DVLA boss be sacked..

I use that road several times a month to Akuse. I see this Urvan drivers (and even MMT drivers) speeding on that road and I sometimes think they are paid by the speed they drive, ot that they have just left their brains at home. I don't really care about private cars speeding but when you have an illiterate driver with the lives of 30 to 50 passengers in their hands and doing 160 km per hour, its plain stupidity. And what would he have been braking for on that road?

There is nothing like break failure, it is overspeeding lack of mantainance of vehicles if breaks are worn out without without replacement what do you expect?

The road isn't so heavy with vehicular traffic so the cars, especially the commercial cars, speed a lot.
Sometimes they initiate overtaking even with a car close by in the opposite lane, while flashing their headlights vigorously as if the the other car is in the wrong place.
Unfortunately these urban buses don't have the best suspension so I'm afraid the undulating section of the road claimed their lives because the suspension couldn't handle the continuous wavy rd.
I can bet brakes had nothing to do with this.

None. They speed like hell on this road. Not less than 100km/h.
When DVLA boss said they should go to school, he was sacked.
Blame the authority for deaths on the road. They show no authority.
