It`s a big shame, then why do we celebrate at all, our hospitals don`t have beds, there are no drugs in our hospitals.This is not the vision of Ghana our ancestors had hoped for. Do you know the reason, BAD LEADERSHIP.

General Nunoo Mensah has failed to live with the realities of the global economy. I am not surprised because as an architect of import controls and price controls in the military era he will find it difficult to understand that to be able to export you must import first. Other nations are also parading made in Ghana goods in their countries.
Although it is true to say that our educational system is not perfect, the skills that the General acquired was not in school but in the armed forces. The question is how can we reform our curriculum to make our graduates competitive in the global economy but not make cars and put up buildings. The educational system has produced people who can make cars and construct buildings.

Before that senseless coup masterminded by the leaders of the political you belong to, was ghana progressing in development or not? Did anything better than that happen under the leadership of the most wicked and bloody Abrefa Busia and the busia-danquah tradition? Did they continue from where Kwame Nkrumah had reached or they just came and destroyed all those good works of Kwame Nkrumah? General just ask yourself what would have been the true state of ghana if your party leaders had not masterminded that useless and bloody coup of 1966 and had allowed Kwame Nkrumah to finish the great works he was doing for mother Ghana that time? Almost 10 million dollars or more is buried in Ghana every month through the consumption of frozen chicken at funerals, weddings etc. It is sad that we can grow maize and millet in Ghana and have some fish from the sea, but unable to raise poultry and to feed them. We have grass but we import meat. We have better textile factories but we import inferior from China. We have a dry dock but we built our FPSOs in Singapore..import tilapia that is fed with human excreta from China. When China promised $3 billion dollars for which they invaded our land with inferior goods and destroyed our water bodies with galamsey, did the China honor their promise. In the Gold Coast our fore fathers boycotted European goods just to gain independence. Why can't we boycott foreign goods and save foreign exchange. Are Ghanaians fools? Yes we are Nonsense

we do not seem to exude any sense of personal or national self worth as a people and a nation hence here we are, our businessmen trying to outdo each other importing virtually every conceivable garbage of goods into the country in the name of globalisation and free market when in actual fact we have all the capacity to produce 90% of all these imported merchandise...
our political leadership is impotent, docile and appears not have a mind of their own to take the very tough and firm initiatives to promote our course and so pander to everything from outside and most disgustingly subtly resort to naked plunder of our national treasury and dabble in deep corruption and so easily succumb to every obnoxious policies which stifle local initiatives and production in favor of foreign businesses examples been needlessly high tax imposition on local businesses but very strange enough grant long years of tax holidays to foreign entities who with impunity further abuse this favor with reckless abandon...PATRIOTS have indeed become a seriously ENDANGERED specie in very very high demand in Ghana....

Yes, the truth and reality on the ground is what has been made clearer by our loving smart and wise military man who never supports one side foolishly. Ghana needs a man like Nunoo Mensah to help shape the minds of the citizens.

This is not an issue of NDC and NPP nor the foolish oriented political parties generally. This is about the reality of the foolishness and visionless political people including every citizen in Ghana, who never think of things that could bring the nation'development.

Why should military wears be imported when we say we have technical and vocational institutions that train tailors, technicians, carpenters who can be used in these areas of production.

Nunoo Mensah points are real; imports of chairs from China , military uniforms, and atleast pick up or small vans can be bought from Apostle Safo's KANTANKA AUTOS. In my conclusion who do we blame in particular or who would be the escaped goat. My answer is the whole nation has no focus in relation to development.

Further which of the so called political parties gurus or activits are pro technical and vocational. Is it not only the following they know;- LAW, ACCOUNTANCY, PHILOSOPHY MANAGERIAL STUDIES, BANKING , MARKETING, HUMAN RESOURCES ISSUES, just to mention few of them that never form the base of a nation' development.

You are all fools who called themselves politicians, who only know how to fight over Ghana by abusing each other. Today every Ghanaian has put on the political and tribal wear of hatred and abuse, and one hears them on the FM radios only with the display of village styles without speaking English, thus limiting the nation's march to progress.
