  I really don't know, why Ghanaian are always jumping or quick to judge, whether the initiative was carried out by president kufour or not, current president has completed without abandoned those projects, with the Bui dam no one comment on that when president kofuor was invited during commission.
  
  President Mahama can't reach out to all former presidents on any projects about to be commissioned
