John Mahama should return whatever monetary incentives he received from the United States government together with their rotten gabbage (those two vicious killers).
  
  Ghanaians in the United States should demonstrate to show their anger against Obama administration. What a hell was Obama thinking that he sent these two vicious Islamic killers to Ghana.Likewise, Ghanaians in Ghana should demonstrate to protest against these two killers in Ghana.
  
  Islamic terrorists will take advantage to visit these two animals on pretext that they are visiting their family members We have a stupid President called John Mahama who will allow all Islamic terrorists to visit these two vicious killers.
  
  Ghanaians must stand on their grounds for not allowing these Islamic killers to live in Ghana. If family members can visit them, then why didn't the United States release them to their family members? Ghana is not part of any Arab country. They should be packed and sent to their country.

Its effect on scavenging oxygen free radicals is applicable to all disease processes and this is why it has such wide medical application and is considered a cure-all by many.
  
  The discovery of the ECS will replace the current medical system of managing and treating disease. Instead of management of symptoms after disease has occurred, we will prevent disease and cancer by manipulation of the ECS.
  
  Research and education of medical students involving the ECS is being intentionally restricted by politics. No justification can be made for the restriction of the scientific study of cannabis and the endocannabinoid system. What is the danger of providing government-grown and tested cannabis to researchers? Diversion of research cannabis for non-scientific or recreational purposes does not seem to be a serious threat to national security.

  When I read everyone's comments it saddens me when people read things out of context. He mentioned decriminalizing marijuana not legalizing it. What that means is, if you are caught with a joint or a small quantity you don't have to spent 10 years in prison. Do you know how many people are locked up because of small quantities. It should not be a crime! Remember, alcohol was once illegal bit not anymore. Alcohol causes more death ( liver diseases and car accidents).
  
  So please, let's have an open mind when reading articles and debating. I support decriminalizing marijuana. Imagine everyone who consumes alcohol is locked up for 10 years. If it's a social problem we have social interventions to tackle these issues instead of prison time.
  
  Remember there are many uses for the herb including for medicinal purposes.

  That recipe (Exodus 30:23) includes about 6 pounds of “kaneh-bosen”.
  
  According to many biblical scholars, “kaneh-bosen” was/is Cannabis (Marijuana).
  Most of the diseases mentioned as being healed miraculously after anointing are, curiously, the same ones that cannabis can heal today. Things like epilepsy, leprosy, and “crooked limbs” (an obvious reference to multiple sclerosis).

I now understand why Samia Nkrumah would not want to call to congratulate you.And who is that lunatic who thinks 60 percent of Ghanaians Smoke Weed to exhibit his/her derailed Mind to the World. Ghanaians know better and would not Vote a Crazed Mind to the Throne.The History is that,no Sane prospective Presidential aspirant would honour or identify himself with a Certified Weed Smokers Anniversary/Conference. Greenstreet cannot be the leader of the 3rd Political Force Ghanaians envisioned.A good Presidential Material would know his priorities by now to know where to go and where he should not Venture unless he is a Chief Smoker himself.A failed leader of a Party, before the Race!.   The very moment the name marijuana is mentioned in our lives, rastafarians and criminals are these two groups of people who comes on our minds but the simple truth is that "MARIJUANA IS NOT FOOD FOR RASTAFARIANS AND CRIMINALS ".
  
  On the contrary, it is a tropical plant which is created by our creator the same way cocoa and other cash crops are created. Just because we Africans are shallow minded people, we always wait for the white man to tell us what is good and what is bad. Marijuana is quite useful in many ways.
  
  We always think about it negativity without considering it usefulness . Positively, this blessed plant given to us by God himself must be added to our cash crops to help boast our already deteriorated economy for exportation to countries who knows the value of the blessed plant.Why can,t we earn foreign exchange from marijuana at a time that some companies in overseas are teaching us lessons by using this plant to manufacture cosmetic products apart from those raking in trillions of dollars for turning it into medicinal products.
  
  Instead of our governments to establish state owned marijuana farms to create employment for the youth and earn huge foreign exchange, they are rather concentrating on Kwao Kese and the abonkele boys who are just interested to smoke a piece of joint to go about their daily business. Recently " HIS HIGHNESS, RAS KOFI ANAN" recommended Ghana to legalise the herb but again most shallow minded Ghanaians condemned him for telling the truth. He was lambasted mercilessly for his recommendation.
  
  If our highly learned son of Africa who once sat on the UN throne could boldly come out with the truth, who are these trees under schools politicians sitting under the scorching sun blowing their horns ? Ras Kofi Anan knows exactly what he is talking about. Better listen to what the wise man say and open up your minds.
  
  When someone decide to commit a crime, he do not need to smoke ganja to execute his or her plan. We cannot attribute the high rate of crime in Ghana to Marijuana smoking but rather to bad governance. If a government cannot create employment for his fellow country men and women, what do you expect ?
  
  Nowadays such evil practices as robbery and prostitution have become too rampant in Ghana due to unemployment. Bad governance necessitated all these practices. If we can open our doors to the Chinese to do illegal mining, in Ghana, why can,t we encourage our marijuana growers to carry on with their business to earn some money as well. State owned Marijuana Plantation is recommendable to help boost our sick economy. Jah bless RAS Kofi Anan.
