Dr Bawumia said for example that a runway rehabilitation alone at Kumasi airport cost this country $23.8 million whereas a proposed airport at Ho is estimated at $25 million; and asked sarcastically, “was the runway in Kumasi paved with gold?”

He insisted that given the resources at its disposal, one should expect at least four times the quantum of investment that the NDC claims to have undertaken, saying, “The close to $30 billion of borrowing that was not used for projects could have been used for other critical sectors of the economy.

He mentioned the rail network from Accra to Paga, the water problems, energy, many major road projects in each region, transformation of agriculture particularly in the Northern Regions, Afram Plains and others through investment in machinery, irrigation and dams as some of the projects that the huge amount of money could have covered.

He also said the amount could have been used to build one world class hospital in each region, buy at least 1,000 ambulances, set up factories with the private sector across the country to add value to raw materials and create jobs, equip existing health and education institutions with state-of-the-art facilities as well as build an additional 600 of the Senior High Schools the government is currently trying to build.

According to Dr Bawumia, the reason why he insists the NDC government is attempting to hoodwink Ghanaians with claims of massive infrastructural investments is that “Most of these projects are over-priced as a result of the single source procurement method, which has become the procurement method of choice for this government, as we saw in the SADA, GYEEDA, Karpowership, SMARTTYS bus branding, etc.”

He articulated, “I would like to see for example explanation from the government quantity surveyors of the costing on the Kumasi airport runway for $23.8 million. However, you and I know that they would not explain because they cannot explain.”

He said all previous governments, especially the NPP, undertook infrastructural projects but the NDC is making it look like it has done what nobody did, saying, “The real fact is that the NDC has no real achievements to point to outside the undertaking of some projects; hence, their resort to mediocrity.”

Dr Bawumia also said infrastructural investment was not supposed to be for its own sake but to increase productivity and production in the economy. “If you have indeed undertaken massive and unprecedented infrastructural investment, then why is the economy collapsing?

“Why is the NHIS in trouble? Why is unemployment on the increase? Why are businesses collapsing? Why is agricultural growth stagnant? Why is manufacturing growth negative? Why is the government having difficulty meeting statutory payments? Why the high interest rates? Why the massive exchange rate depreciations? Why are the SADA guinea fowls flying to Burkina Faso? Why the massive increase in utility prices? Why the withdrawal of teacher and nursing training allowances? Why all this suffering in the land?” he asked.

In scapegoating of this nature, Charlote Osei the ritual victim of her detractors is innocent but pays for the guilty parties, her adversaries. In fact, what is the moral distinction which her opponents could draw?
To explain more, the relationship between the potential victim and the actual victim cannot be defined in terms of innocence or guilt. Because those opposed to Charlote are seeking to deflect from the crime, a relatively indifferent victim i.e. a “sacrificiable” victim needs to be found. Otherwise, the violence would be vented on the community, which people desire to protect. The opposition to Charlote cannot pounce on her as a sacrificial victim to atone for the accumulated sins incurred by her opponents since the inception of this country.
Those who are intellectuals and all those well informed in knowledge and wisdom should judge if it is justifiable for the innocent Charlote to suffer for the blood thirsty and corrupt guilty opponents with their hidden agendas in this country.

They are skeptical about the November 7 election because they are seeing their defeat.
Akufo said his strategy to fight corruption is to set up the office of the special prosecuter if he becomes president. This is laughable. How truly independent will this be? Anytime Akufo lays his policies on the table, it will be clear that he has nothing new to offer. That is why he has to make more noise than deal in alternative issues.

John Mahama is the greatest thief in Ghana. He's so corrupt that it stinks. After messing up Ghana's economy, he's now trying to use crude means to stay in power; Charlotte Osei was the one he chose as EC's boss to do his bidding. Using Asiedu-Nketia, Koku Anyidoho and retire EC boss, Kwadjo Afari-Gyan, John Mahama is doing all he can to remain in power.

The EC boss is a sorry soul; she's just a puppet on a string. John Mahama is clearly manipulating Charlotte Osei to stifle all political parties and steal the ballot for the NDC. All the EC's decisions and actions point to the fact that the commission are scheming to win the elections for John Mahama and the NDC.

How can the EC refusing to compile a new voters register while the Supreme Court has instructed that the old bloated register can't be relied on for elections? The EC assembled a bunch of "false witnesses" to speak against the call for a new register when the NPP sent their petition to the commission. Charlotte Osei is sending Ghanaians onto a dangerous path during November elections. She's refusing to open a new voters register but insists that reviewing the register is the better option. How is the EC going to clear names of dead people, minority or foreigners from the register? Is the EC taking steps to gather info from Births and Deaths Registry to obtain list of the dead? That is very costly and cumbersome!

It's easier, wiser and cheaper to open a new voters register than to engage in a fruitless and expensive cleaning exercise. Charlotte Osei is totally confused; she's no fit to be in charge as EC boss. She is not trustworthy she's corrupt and must not be there. She should not be allowed to decide who should be president of Ghana. She's in bed with John Mahama and the NDC. We shouldn't allow that to happen. Ghanaians should rise up and stage nation-wide demonstrations against the EC.

Nana Akufo-Addo is poised to lead Ghana unto paths of great progress and prosperity for all Ghanaians. Nana is visionary and smart and poised to make Ghana work again. He's honest and just and won't allow or encourage corruption in his govt; he'll make Ghana a proud nation.

The Akufo-Addo tactic is to amass as much fault as possible with the EC and play it all out in Public to create a pre-Election disdain for the EC that could well become a justification for rejecting the Election outcome, should he lose.

It seems it is only if Akufo-Addo could have his surrogates alone run the Elections that he would be silent over the EC's work before the Elections.

Ghana can not fall again for these creepy and tricky white people. They came in the name of trade and the forefathers of Africa ended up as slaves. Till today, Africa is still recovering from that damage. The white man like the devil comes in with beautiful ideas and plans just to get the black man where he wants; which is to serve, suffer and die at the long run. Ghana's healthcare and military should not go to sleep at all because these white people are doing everything they can to see Africa remain at the same state as it is right now. The Chinese took them by surprise and because of that they're doing all they can to control and have their race and power on top. The white man gives with the left and takes with the wright. There is an agenda of these wickedness in disguise white people to bring down every strong economy that could look like a threat in the future. Take a look at the UK right now, they know their race is dying and they are loosing their grasp of power over the world so every means to take over and be in control is in initiation right now and they will always make it look like it's in the name of humanity.

They abolished the slave trade because they found a different way to continue the same wickedness. They build all these so called world institutions in the name of humanity but it is to serve their agenda. Ghana and for that matter Africa must not allow these people in again; I know some people might think they are already inn but trust me, they are not and they know that. Ghana must be eagle-eyed
on the british and it's allies. They've done it before and they're trying it again. They know Ghana is an unfathomable country and they will never go to sleep until they achieve their aim which I believe in Jesus name would never come to pass. Prevention is better than cure for that matter! The true children of God can never be crashed no matter what the enemy does. Africa must start helping the African and start trading among herself. It can be or look too little from the beginning but when God's hand is in it, happiness with inner peace would be the results. I pray for mentality change for Ghanaians in the name of Jesus! May God continue to bless Ghana and make the blessings flow throughout the African community.
