We have money for bus branding but we cannot stop outbreak of meningitis, cholera, malaria etc. Ghana is beyond a joke. The level of corruption in the country is unspeakable.

Ghana is not a serious nation because in other jurisdictions the health minister would have either been sacked or forced to resign but there he is having the guts to announce the lost of 100 good souls

Ever since the President held the mantle, the centre has never held intact. Everything he touches becomes a disaster to an extent that Ghana of all countries is importing coacoa beans from neighbouring Cote D'Ivoire. This is very shameful.
If the death of over 100 innocent people is not a disaster let alone an epidemic then we must be joking as a nation.
Here in America the zika(cika) virus didn't attack more than four people (the same human beings we have in Ghana) before the authorities declared it an outbreak and epidemic.
One is tempted to ask whether the black race is stupid or it's our leaders who have no sense at all.
