The president has been saying that he tried to introduce electronic payment and acquisition systems into the public sector {to reduce human contact with cash} in his effort to fighting corruption, but lamented that the systems were often resisted.

This has become so monotonous that Ghanaians are beginning to wonder whether the president is actually serious and interested in fighting corruption as he claims, or it's just another crocodile's tears to deceive Ghanaians into believing that he is making an effort, while the government and its cronies amass billions of dollars at the expense of this struggling HIPC nation.
Why should Ghanaians hire a president that can't even introduce an electronic system successfully into the public sector to save us from criminals masquerading as civil servants? Mr. Mahama must be seen to be fighting corruption with all his might rather than go on lamenting helplessly like the rest of us who hired him to do the job.

The only way this issue can be resolved by a new register is for the Nation to wait another year of Mahama Presidency in order for the EC to completely come up with a new register that will be acceptable to all parties; and then go through the other formalities regarding the elections itself.

Hopefully this guy sees that picture.

3. the limited registration exercise where there are 3500 kits for about 6152 polling stations
4. the EC itself. Asiedu Nketia gave 5.5million to the EC as a start, to buy the mandate. A mechanism which would also be employed in the vote-buying schemes, the NDC is noted for.
5. infiltration through the borders via covert or overt means. John Mahama said they were going to talk to the Togolese authorities about some Bunkpurugu refugees in Togo. Is Togo harboring any Bunkpurugu refugees and at which refugee camp?
6. Internal displacement of people from the recent natural disasters and the ensuing demolishing of structures leading to movement of people to different constituencies, electoral areas and regions. This is going to be done through voter transfer.
Ghana must be vigilant from before, during and after and stay vigilant throughout.

On foreigners on the voter register it has been found out that the pictures that NPP used to make it case are those of voters in South Tongu Constituency. It was also reviled that a minor of 14 years who registered in 2012 is 18 years old now and is eligible to vote today. It is a fact that voting in Ghana is done biometrically, thus no one can use the finger print of a person in the grave to vote. There is noting on my voter card to indicate the document I used to register, thus how can the court be able to identify the document that people use to register.
