    Ken Agyapong has been in parliament for more 12yrs and never been a minister.Prof Adei is talking about the likes of Okujeto,Felix,Omane Boamah,Fiifi Kwettey etc can you compare them to Hackman,Paa Kwesi Nduom,Dr Apraku?
