Kufuor even bribed his own NPP MPs with US$5,000 each to approve the sale of Ghana Telecom to Vodofone which he alone negotiated. And Kufuor used state funds to buy a hotel for his son. And have we forgotten the stealing of La Wireless lands, the ministry of Foreign Affiars lands and buildings, the rape Ghana Airways etc. In all these and many more what did NPP do?

Why the Bureau of National Investigations (BNI) should not handle this investigation?
Although, no fingers are being pointed to any direction experience confirms that investigation by BNI always seem to be tainted with political agenda (all parties are involved). Therefore, this Bureau which is not independent in it thinking should be excused from this investigation and let the Police with their seasoned career investigators handles this case?

The Electoral Commission's independence is actually being used as an excuse for doing exactly what the framers of the constitution wanted to prevent.

The framers were aware that government of the day could abuse its incumbency to interfere in electoral matters to make it easier for it to rig elections. As a result, they made the EC independent in order to prevent the government from doing so.

What is happening in Ghana today is the opposite. The NDC government is intimately in bed with the EC and the so-called "independence" is being used against all the other stakeholders in favour of the incumbent. Do we need another 100 years to rule ourselves as Donald Trump said? What a shame!

President John Mahama does not condone corruption and its committed to fighting it as well as eliminate it. This commitment and determination is being reflected in the implementation of the National Anti Corruption Action Plan, Anti Money laundering, and Payroll Reforms Mechanisms among others. His effort was even recently acknowledged by BBC Africa who singled out our dear country and Senegal as countries progressively fighting corruption. The recent Corruption perception index survey carried out also indicated that Ghana is among the least corrupt countries.

NPP WERE SO CORRUPT that you are forced to respect them. The cat will pay homage to them.

1. For every minister K4 appointed both the substantive and the deputy had a SPECIAL ASSISTANT.
2. For each contract that was awarded the special assistant was to go through to ensure all the loopholes are sealed.
3. The SPECIAL assistants also apart from mopping up all the traces also negotiate the kickbacks.
4. Haruna Esseku confirmed that all the kickbacks were kept at the castle.
5. Kuffour and by extension NPP will ask for evidence for any corrupt deal reported for they are aware they have clean their tracks.

The 8 Year rule of Kuffour and the NPP saw the period of the greatest corruption scandals and mass looting ever witness in Ghana. Kuffour never for once investigated any corruption case brought under his presidency. Kuffour would ask his critics to bring evidence or forever shut up, Opana the Attorney General would go mumu. See no evil talk, no evil whilst the country was milked dry.

In JM we have a president who would investigate any case of malfeasance, though we believe he could do more by being militant about it. Don’t you love this president?

Look, for him to be the second most corrupt gov't in the whole of Africa on the corruption perception index, is no mean achievement.
It takes a lot, a whole lot, indeed, a whole lot of corruption to chalk such a feat in Africa, from the North to the South, East to the West, Islands and all.
And that is John Dramani Mahama's record in gov't and that Folks, is very, very dangerous. It has never happened before in Ghana for a President to take the 2nd position in the whole of Africa as the most corrupt. It has never happened before since Ghana gained independence in 1957.
