It was just beyond belief watching Kwakye Ofosu, on last Saturday's Joy newsfile, as he stuck to the same line of obfuscation when he was challenged about the unsigned evaluation document, purported to be the original one, from which he sought to discredit IMANI's report. He kept talking over everyone on the panel including the host.
How can a young person in this position, of a deputy minister, collude to deceive the whole nation just to please his Party? His lips were unusually dry (no harmattan effect) and his body language gave him away as a blatant,shifting liar.
His boss Dr Omane Boama could do no better.In answering Sefa Kaye's questions, he also sought to hide behind the technicalities of the report, and went on a rather vacuous & winding manner that bored the listeners. Sefa Kaye tried to bring him back on track, but we were none the wiser.
The whole process is fraught with lies and renders the Afriwave contract invalid.
Very shameful indeed!!

It is unfortunate that there is no reaction whatsoever from the Government for the corrupt practices of the government often identified and skilfully analysed by organisations like IMANI. Instead of apologies and resignations we get not very clever deputy ministers trying very hard and failing miserably to uphold the official position. Well done again, IMANI.
