What do you expect from a nation which has a person like Akua Donkor as the adviser. Akua Donkor has openly said he advises Mahama and he listens. I am not sure which advisory role she is playing but any role in the absence of more intelligent, competent, learned, more qualified people to give this government an advice has led to the deteriorating condition in Ghana and the nation going backward since Mahama and NDC took over the reigns of government in Ghana. But time will tell.

Why not? Because past experience confirms that all projects undertaken by your administration has come out with bloated estimated cost.
President incompetent –in-chief, may I remind you that even the cost of branding inter-cities buses with your pictures was so over quantified that your sector minister has to resign on this issue. Again, have too soon forgotten the bloated cost of construction Kumasi Airport runway?
The fact is your administration is noted for cost augmentation, especially on construction projects. Therefore, there is no beef if questions are being raised on projects undertaken by your administration

These allegations of yours are baseless.the npp is also known for unprecedented corruption records.Mr. Yaw Osafo Marfo, then Education Minister was embroiled in a dubious scandal involving the printing of some textbooks for Ghanaian schools leading to his sack by President Kufuor.Again, after spending a whooping US$ 75 million dollars on Ghana's 50th birthday celebration,Dr Wireko Brobey, Chief executive of the Ghana @50 secretariat made cash payments to supposed contractors and service providers in polythene bags without any supporting documents.need i remind you, that the list goes on for the NPP, without a shred of doubt, the NPP are first class thieves and opposition is where they will remain.

Successive governments have all been plagued with issues of corruption but it depends on how the leader at the helm of affairs decides to deal with such a canker.
I don't believe in equalization but it is only appropriate that we always situate our arguments in a context since the past certainly informs the future.
Thus, It is noteworthy to state that NPP has the worst corruption record ever recorded in the history of Ghana. In effect this was confirmed by the former deputy finance minister under the NPP, Dr Gheysika Agambilla who described the NPP's approach to politics and governance as procurement politics in a widely circulated book he wrote after he left office.
The good people of Ghana know the Kumasi Airport runway project is not bloated since all documents in relation to the project are in the open and due process was followed and both the minority and majority were present in parliament when the project was approved.
OLD SOLDIER, If the NPP has ample evidence that the project will not serve the interest of the people of Ghana, the best thing to do is urge the minority in parliament to file a motion of recession so that we can get to the bottom of this baseless untruths you keep peddling.
President Mahama I believe is a man of integrity and just as he has demonstrated by instructing the AG to retrieve all monies owned the state. This, Mrs Marietta Brew is doing unlike the NPP who could not even prosecute Mr Osafo Marfo who was engaged in the dubious Macmillan Textbook Printing Saga under the NPP administration and the least said about the dockets of the three narcotic women which got lost lost under mysterious circumstances under Nana Addo's watch as Attorney General, the better

However, old soldier I am glad you admitted that president mahama listens to the people and this is the main reason why the country is taking shape and going in the right direction. Currently the NDC goverment has ended the shift system in our basic schools and is also giving topmost priority to all the sectors including agriculture and education which is still the surest path to victory over ignorance and inequality. JDM is working in the interest of Ghanaians and will continue to listen to them all in the bid to reform and transform their lives

How is it possible that a farmer who was rich enough to finance renovation of a presidents house needed tax payers money. Hmm, NPP and their lies. Investments in transportation all spheres can never be a waste of resources.
The construction and expansion of the kumasi airport runway by the NDC government is not a waste of money but a mechanism to reduce pressure on the existing Kotoka international airport as increasing volumes of passengersand cargo have exacted a toll on the country’s first international airport. The expansion of the runway will also make it for international flights to land in kumasi directly which in turn will ease the pressure at the KIA.
Due process was followed by the NDC government hence there is no cause for alarm but if the minority isn't so sure about the deal, the best thing to do is file a motion of recession in parliament. The NDC has nothing to hide I believe

Investments in infrastructure to meet the pressing demands of of both the local and foreign nationals is very important.
The construction and expansion of the terminal by the NDC government is not a waste of money or an avenue to dole out money. This mechanism was put in place to reduce pressure on the existing terminals at the Kotoka international airport as increasing volumes of passengers and cargo have exacted a toll on the country’s first international airport. This is also the main reason why the NDC government is also looking at modernising the Kumasi airport to meet internationals standards all in the bid to reduce pressure on the current facilities at the KIA. We live in a country where everything from cutting the sod for the construction of roads to bridges to schools to public latrine, and what have you have to be performed by the President. The Presidency has been used for mere cutting of sod and commissioning of projects. The President should use his time to sit and think of how he can move this nation forward instead of Ghanaians living like slaves in their own motherland. It does not take the President to do this, but that is why we have sector ministers whose responsibility is to do this. I see all these as photo op. which does not augur well for this nation. Ghanaians are well awake and all these photo ops and propaganda for people to believe the government is doing great will come to naught. Also Mahama should understand that he is not doing any favor for the people of Ghana for cutting the sod for all these projects; it is his responsibility to provide it and providing it should not be an achievement. It is his job to do and not doing the nation any favor that warrants these photo ops.

Mahama has cut so many sods the sods are finished and now it is TO CUT. If I can recollect some of the sods; 38 fishing habours, prampram international airport, 10 irrigation schemes including dawhenya, 10 regional teaching hospitals and universities, Ho international airport, dual carriage to ashaiman and Tema beach and spintex roads, tomatoes factories, akomfem projects etc etc and the sods remained there nothing happened. Now it is to cut and fools are excited. The dead goat has lost it all. I get amazed if those praising dead goat are normal.

President Mahama has a creative mind in ensuring that transportation are made accessible to everyone irrespective of your location. Transportation is also key in terms of development. So there is a need to construct more of these roads to release human traffic at terminals and to make the road safe from rampant accidents.

Plans by the NDC government to build a new terminal is welcomed since this will go a long way to help ease pressure on the already existing terminals. There may be challenges but can't give up on the source while it still holds long term promise
