  Good governance is paramount for socio-economic development of a country. That is why the west is developed and places like the Russia (for Soviet Union), Cuba, etc are lagging behind.
  
  The guy is such a disappointment. No wonder he wants to join forces with the wicked witch called Konadu Agyemang Rawlings, another dictated who has no respect for good governance. Now I know!

  You don't wait till the country's economic condition falls on fire before you run around to find water to quench the fire. You think ahead and design safety measures that prevent fire in the first place, and, that is PROACTIVE not RESPONSIVE. How can Ghana develop with such leaders at the helm of affairs?
