They waste their money buying millions of bullets and arms but fail to realse even with 500 atomic bombs they will lose as war is about the awareness of the people and state of mind of the defending majority. We salute the chiefs , politicians , bishops who are not afraid to stand up for justice and respect to the market women who reject gifts of treachery. We have won , and the stakeholders of our friendly nations know the truth so we will not waste our time with fake diplomats or those who dont known what time it is. I want to think that the akan practice of beheading as a ritual in burying their chiefs has been discontinued. In order to sooth public anxiety, the Municipal Chief Executive has reassured the people of the area that the decapitation practice will not be executed. The people should not be fooled into thinking that this ritual, practiced by the akans for ages will all of a sudden cease to exist.They are blatantly lying to the people to allay their fears. They probably don't need decapitated heads now, because they've already exceeded their quota in preparation for the funeral. Any person who may have turned up missing following the announcement of the chief's death should be considered a victim of this primitive ritual practiced by the akans.

That will be an ideal purpose. Mankind is now in a civilized and modern world. The above statement was indeed very worrying since no details were provided as to how to prevent such beheading. Should a "head" be brought to the attention of the so called Traditional Council for the much-needed rituals what would be the next line of action? Would the killer be pointed out for the crime and brought to the attention of the police? It has been observed from the past that such beheading was normally done far, far away to avoid linkage to the funeral in question. Such killing could be done in Northern, Upper or Volta Region and the head secretly burried along with the chief. Are the Traditional Council assuring Ghanaians that if the "head" is brought they will refuse to bury the chief with it? Are they (Traditional Council) saying that the head is going to be handed over to the police? Are they (TC) ready to be bring about the arrest of person or persons involved? Knowingly, group of people including an important person(s) are involved before the head is transported to rightful location for the rituals. I, therefore, wonder how the so called Traditional Council will prevent someone's head being used for the rituals. Yes, it is worrying matter. God Have Mercy On the Unlucky Soul.
